The extremely loud and constant conversation from the booth next to us kept this from being an "excellent" dining experience. Not much the restaurant could do about that, but the furnishing of the place does let sound bounce around undiminished.

Shadowland was very good, except service was slow (not enough wait staff). My patty melt was bland but my wife's clam spaghetti was extremely good.

Needs to improve on a couple of things. 1st - we sat at the bar but since they seemed to be down a server the bar tender was running around the restaurant and was not very attentive. 2nd - the pasta sauce was broken. 3rd - the location is good but the food is sub-par. Its a good place to grab a drink but unless the food quality improves it will just be known as a watering hole with basic bar food.

Great location, easy parking, but food wasn't great and service was nothing spectacular as we waited quite a while before we got greeted and brought menus, considering the bar/restaurant wasn't too full. My meal (lasagna) was not the best, but I understand the menu is primarily grill/bar-food, so I wouldn't expect this dish to be a home-run.
The upside was the entertainment (live music) and atmosphere ok, save for the huge TVs which cheapen the atmosphere in my opinion.

It was a 21 year old's birthday celebration and an introduction to adult eating establishments. He thoroughly enjoyed it.

The service was outstanding once the wait staff noticed us, but that took about ten minutes. Otherwise, a great experience.

This was our second time coming here, and we sat at the bar both times. We got the same bartender as last time, and he remembered us. We'll keep coming back for the service alone, haven't had such a great customer experience in a long time. And the food is great too!

The dipping sauce for 2 items was the same. It would have been nice to get a variety. Plates were big, food on it was small so it made us feel like we were not getting a decent portion. The Summer Vegetable Chicken soup was not very good.
