Everything was grest. excellent soup. Ordered loaded fries not realuxing Reuben came with fires and was never told..first time for us to have a Reuben sandwhich with out cheese. .but still was so good.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. It was a mini piece of chicken..it looked like a slider on a full size bun...I had to take a huge bite to even reach the chicken...horribe!

The food was not very good. I ordered the fish dinner. I didn't like how it was prepared or presented. It was a large portion but not very tasty. Also the waitress didn't come and refill our coffee or water even once.

The waitress was very nice. The food was quite good. I don't necessarily agree with 20% tip anywhere. It makes dining out a situation that makes us think twice to eat out. Where is it going from here--equal to the check?

Shaler Lounge is great. I bought a $25 gift card for my son to use since he eats there regularly with his friends. It was spend $35 to get the $25 off...So they spent $40 and they were going to split it 3 ways....their server added a 20% tip to the total BEFORE she took off the discount. NOT RIGHT. There were 3 people!!! I don't even pay 20% at The Capitol Grille. I can see with a larger party 18-20% is usually standard but 20% on a $40 bill. Not right. This needs to be changed.

Our server was very friendly and the food was excellent. We had seafood which came with 2 sides. We plan to go back again. Next time I want to have their pizza as I heard it was really good.

charged 20% tip even though certificate said 18% they said they could not change cash register to 18% makes no sense..

We do dine there regularly 2-3 times per month. Food is very good. Food is always hot if intended to be, good size portions and nice presentation. Very easy to be comfortable there. Wait staff is excellent.

The Shaler Lounge is a great place to eat. It's your typical neighborhood restaurant. Great food, great service, great price, and a fun place to get together with family and friends. Actually, the night we were there the back room was reserved for a rehearsal dinner. If you're in the neighborhood, you should stop by. You won't be disappointed.

we had a nice meal and a very attentive waitress. Food was good and it was a very convenient location before a high school graduation. We do stop there before football games and have always had a good experience.
