We were seated near the bar that was very noisy. That was not a good start. It took our waitress quite a while to great us and we didn't even get water for some time after she took our drink order. She was attentive after that, however. As for the food, we ordered the scallops to share and were served TWO scallops. I ordered the special for that night which sounded much better than it actually was. While my partner's steak was good, it was disappointing to pay the price we did for my steak that had quite a bit of gristle, was chewy and had little flavor. I think this place is highly overrated!

The food, service and atmosphere are always consistently excellent. We go there expecting a lot and get it every time.

Food quality so-so. Service Excellent. Chopped salad - mediocre. Lobster tails very good. Prime rib (done medium)was tough.
Martinis - ok.

The only issue I had was the appetizers and water was pricey for what you were served. Overall, the service was great, the food was great and the experience was great. Be prepared to sit for a couple of hours if you are eating at Shula's.

Not happy with lobster tail, tasted like warm water, not cold water tails. The butter tasted like a blend with the lobster tail. The food was not as good as when we visited during the first year or two it was open.

Over priced for what we got. Waited almost 20 minutes after salads were cleared away before the entrees arrived.

The serve staff was over worked, very long time to get first contact with serve to order drinks, then longer time between courses to get server attention. A manager was walking around apologizing to those who complained and offering free desserts, etc... If you were one to complain you received attention. 2 hours 20 minutes total meal time. $170.00 for two, I expect and quite frankly deserve better service. Food was perfect.

the food was ok, not exceptional, while expensive. for the amount they charge it should be much better. the service was not great. even with 2 servers they kept us waiting for a very long time when we finished our food.
