For no reason, I've ignored Shula's Steakhouse for 30 years and now I regret it. There are so many good steak places in Indy I thought visiting Shula's wouldn't impress. I was very wrong. Service was perfect, ambiance was fabulous, and food was top-notch. I would rate the steak above St. Elmos.

the whole meal was excellant!! the wedge salad was the best I have ever tasted...the cowboy steak was cooked perfectly and the prime rob was so tender you could just a butter knife...staff was so friendly...

The staff was very nice and professional. The only negative was that we did not finish our Crab Mac/Cheese, we were not asked if we wanted to take it with us. I would have loved to take the left over with since we did not eat much of it.

Over priced. Breakfast buffet does not have many selections. Steak was over cooked. Friendly and servers and great services.

The time between courses was a lot longer than anticipated but it did give you time to digest the previous course.

We had reservations but still had to wait 45 mins to be seated. Then it took 20 mins to get our bread to our table. They overcharged us. The price on the receipt was different than what was taken out of our debit card.

The food was excellent and the Valentine menu offering delightful. Unfortunately we felt the service was not up to Shula's usual standard as we had long waits throughout the evening.

Service was slow along with getting my drink. Our restaurant.com coupon was added to our bill instead of subtracting it! Wow! Than we got a call saying telhy had not charged our card so we have it to them over te phone and than the wrong amount was charged so we really saved nothing at all! Bad experience!

Food portions where way to large for older people, therefore we had to choose something besides a steak, the smallest steak was 10 oz.

Food was good, but very expensive. I think we may actually favor St. Elmo's for food and price after our second trip to Shula's. Still, it was an enjoyable experience.
We had two servers. The male server was highly attentive and excellent. The female server was poor. It was like she was sleepwalking. She was emotionless and disconnected. Had it not been for the male server, it would have been a horrible experience. It pains me that they actually probably split the tip. :( He deserved the whole thing!

Meal was awesome coupon was a scam I paid more with it than I would have without it!!!! The surcharge was more than the coupon amount.....unethical by restaurant .com
