Other members of the party were satisfied with their food, but my first meal was burned and the second was too tough to eat and was terrible. Had to ask for meal to be removed from check. Did not mind paying for good salad, but thought 6$ was too much for small salad. Owner/cook did not come to table to discuss. Waitress did not have any authority to remove from check, she had to speak to owner. They did not want to remove cost of meal from check.Would not return to this restaurant.

The food and service was excellent. The owner has very nice people as employees. They always have a smile on their face and are very professional.

Food was very mediocre for the price. Also charging two dollars extra for blue cheese salad dressing was disgraceful for what was received . It had very few small bits of cheese mixed vinegar estate based very cheap

We loved that they made a special appatizer that is not on the menu for us.

We ordered linguini w/white clam sauce.Dish was delicious and chock full of clams.Dish was large enough that 2 people shared this dish.We also shared the mussel/clam appetizer and it was delicious and large portion.

We are regular diners at Silvano's (several times per year) and have never had anything on the menu that wasn't delicious and authentic Italian food (This is no Olive Garden or Carrabba's). Service is always swift and friendly.

The service and food are a 10. Do not hesitate to take anybody there. The experience will be worth it. All food is prepared to order and the quality is superb.

we were told we could not use the certificate for lunch and had to wait while the waitress convinced the owner to honor the certificate which he eventually did. it did not say it was only good for dinner

While my wife felt the experience was good (salmon) I was particularly disappointed with the eggplant parmigiano. It was overcooked, tough and almost needed a steak knife to cut. As such I felt that the food was overpriced and I probably would have enjoyed Olive Garden more

Ordered pizza as appetizer and grouper/chicken parm as entrees. Received soup and salad right away, but pizza and entrees took a very long time and received all at once.

A native of the Veneto Region, Silvano graduated from the Hotel and Restaurant Institute of Abano Terme Padua. He has traveled and worked throughout Italy, Germany, England and Bermuda where he opened and successfully operated his first restaurant for ten years, IL Palio. He moved to Central Florida and opened "Silvano's" in 1994. This little restaurant is proud to prepare all meals to order, with the best and freshest ingredients.
