The ribs, and tips were very good, but the bbq chicken was baked with sauce on top not bbq'ed not the best.

the food is very good everyone is always very pleasant every time i go the only thing is i always have to tell them to put extra Barbercue sauce on my Rib tips/Ribs the Ribs/Ribtips is excellent but they don't put enough Barbercue sauce on them unless i asked otherwise great food.

We finally got around to trying Smokin M’s. When we ordered, they said it would be a 30-40 minute wait. I’m not much for waiting, but I’m quite glad that we did, and it only turned out to be 20 minutes anyway. They have a wood-fired aquarium style smoker, which is in plain view. The restaurant itself is a small store front with five tables. We ordered the half slab half chicken combo which came with fresh cut fries, coleslaw and cornbread. To that I added a hot link and a large mustard & turnip greens. We did not get any sauce, so I can’t comment on that. The ribs were nicely spiced and generally goo, neither dry nor moist. The chicken was better and moist. I very much enjoyed the hot link. It was coarsely ground and had just enough zing. My wife thought it was hot, but she’s not much for spicy. I also quite enjoyed the greens. I had never had them before, and they were a nice surprise. I was told that the meat in them was from the pork bone that was cooked with them. My wife said that the cornbread was good, moist and not too sweet. I liked coleslaw as well, which also wasn’t too sweet. The fires were good too and big enough for the both of us. All in all it was a very good meal and nicely priced. The entire spread was $25 including tax and we ended up taking the chicken breast home. I would definitely recommend Smokin M’s. My only advice would be to be prepared to wait, but isn’t that the sign of a good barbecue joint anyway.

Very friendly place; has a "neighborhood" feel. Aromas are great outside and in, giving a hint of the delicious food to come. Ribs were melt-in-your-mouth tender, and big portions!

They have excellent customer service and make you feel welcomed when you walk in the door. The place is neat and clean and smells absolutely delicious. The selections are wonderful--especially the fried macaroni! The ribs and tips are tender and falling off the bone. We also tried the baked beans and spicy, but not too spicy,links. We're addicted. It'll be hard to drive by this place without stopping in.

Food was very good. Restaurant is not what I pictured. It was more of a fast food stand with 4 tables than a sit down place

We ordered take-out so we don't have a dining-in experience. However, the women that was behind the counter was very friendly and the counter service was quick.

The order was placed as a to go order and the food was not placed in proper containers. The meat was tough and will require additional cooking.

It was a very low key, no frills establishment that has nice people working and excellent quality food. We traveled a bit of a distance to get to Smokin, but it was well worth it! We'll be coming back!

The food was soooo good! The sauce is good. The rib's are very tender. The sweet potato pie was good. And my favorite item was the homemade baked beans. I also appreciated the option of substituting sides. I still would like a itimized receit.

My family of 4 and I placed an order for Super Bowl Sunday. The food only took 20 minutes to prepare, which was awesome! For the most part we enjoyed every item (chicken, links, rib tips, shrimp, and fries) with the exception of the peach cobbler, which was sub par. Additionally, the man at the register over charged for our order - we had a $25 certificate and still payed over $30. However, it wasn't until I left that I calculated the prices and was dismayed to my findings.
