This place is good for what it is. It's a greasy spoon, neighborhood diner at best. The food is mediocre, but not bad. The service is average on a good day.
My wife ordered a club sandwich with no tomato. When the food got to the table, her sandwich had tomatoes on it. I alerted the nearest waiter, who then called the manager over. My wife asked how long it would take to remake the sandwich, the manager said "it won't take that long". We'd already waited about a half hour for our food, and we were both hungry when we got to the restaurant.
The sandwich returned shortly after she sent it back with no tomatoes. The staff had clearly just removed the tomatoes from the sandwich, as there was still tomato seeds and juices on the leaves of lettuce.
I'd never pay full price to eat here again, but I will return to redeem my last remaining coupon (I bought 2 when they were $2ea).

Had to seat ourselves.
Waited far too long to order.
I ordered green bears, but was served corn.
U ordered sound, but it never came.
I ordered a mistake, but it didn't arrive with the mmeal.
This was not the usual service we get there.

The food is always good. the service is excellent. Thr portions are large. I always have a box to take the extrs home. The only thing that might be better is that the restuarent can be noisy.

Temperature needs to be consistent. Warm and then too cold when air came on.

This visit was much better than the last although I do not recommend the patty melt with sautéed onions...it just didn't have much flavor...

I was out there for a trip from Minnesota that was the best place I have ate at I will for sure go there again. I will for sure tell all my friends if they go to Washington to go there and eat the service was the best also

Everyone was very well trained on how to make eating out a great experience for us.
They even provided adequate coloring activities for our three -year -old
and when we asked for them to go light on the chocolate on her kiddie pancakes they did that just perfectly. We felt the food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The meal was a great value.

Great food, we had bacon cheeseburger, veggie burger and choc. chip pancake which our daughter loved. we will be going back!
Serve was good also.
