We arrived very late apparently close to closing and we were given a friendly greeting. Not knowing what time the establishment closed, we were told we could sit anywhere we liked and were promptly asked if we wanted drinks and given chips and salsa. Even after closing we were continuously waited upon. They were very friendly and accommodating.

It was good taking into consideration that there was only 1 server and several tables that needed to be attended to. It could have been better with more workers.

My wife and I were the only ones in the restaurant and the service was poor. We had to keep calling the waiter for service. The silverware was dirty as well as rusting at the neck of the blade and the handle. the chicken may have been washed however it was not clean. There was fat left on the chicken, The beef had fat and grissel all through it. My meal was chicken, beef, shrimp fahitas. The place looked clean and orderly. This was the only plus and the waitress was very friendly all thought the service was slow. We have eaten at Taco Hut in Ontario, CA and it was good experiance. We will not go back here and my wife now has second thoughts about other locations. We still may try the one in Rancho Cucamonga Victoria Mall location

I gave them my gift certificate of $25 before ordering & was charged the full amount. I didn't notice till I went home, called & after the run around & speaking to the lady in charge after 3 different calls I made, she wasn't very nice, nor tried to be. She made me feel like it was my fault the waitress didn't apply the $25 off certificate & even charged me $2.00 less than she should have. Again, like if it was MY fault. Then after 2 weeks, got my refund. Which I then picked up at one of their locations to meet the 2nd person I was told "would call me" from the 1st set of calls I had begun with & even his demeanor wasn't apologetic nor friendly. I was shocked at the lack of customer service & condescending attitude. I will not go back again nor recommend to anyone! So disappointed in what they think was customer service. Definitely letting everyone I know NOT to go there. So sad being that I actually enjoyed eating there with my family & friends. Guess there's always Tios & Salsitas.

it was a little loud to try to visit with our guests from out of town. We could not hear across the table of 4, only the person next to us.

service was excellent (again)...the food this time was not so good...I had more fat and gristle in my food than I ever had....then I asked for the smallest bowl of soup to take to go and it cost me $6 (only to find out later, the take home menu says there is a $3 bowl available)....then to get my bill and was AUTOMATICALLY charged 20% tip (only a family of 3)...my other visits to Taco Hut were great and more of a family atmosphere ...this time it was more rowdy (loud cursing at the next table) with my young girls sitting with me... I must say, this will be our last time here.
