can't remember the waitress's name,but she was very friendly,an helpfull.

It took a long time to get our order and when we did the food came out sporadically and was barely warm

I didn't expect much from this type of place but was so surprised at the cleanliess, quality of food, atmosphere... I'll be returning soon!

The food was delicious, our server was excellent and knew the menu very well and gave us good suggestions.

The quality and the taste of the food was so very good also the atmosphere was more for family's in the afternoon, which made it more comfortable for me since I don't drink. The waitress was also very pleasant.

I've eaten at Teamz for lunch a number of times as it is just around the corner from my office. The food and service have always been mediocre but this dinner experience was so awful I will NOT be returning. The food was horrible. The calamari sticks bore no relation to calamari and were simply a deep-fried, greasy glob. The sandwiches were mediocre at best and the fried were overdone and too dry to eat. My baked potato with my entree was very dry and the tilapia was soggy. The service was non-existent and I had to chase down our server for the check after waiting for it for 15 minutes. For this service they charged an automatic 18% tip because I used a restaurant.com certificate, even though that's not stipulated on their certificate. I had no time to argue as I was, at that point, late for an appointment. Awful, awful, awful.

They would not allow us to use our coupon on the daily specials. We ended up changing our orders to something that actually was lower in cost than the special.

It was so amazingly clean!! It was decorated wonderfully. The server was great! The good was awesome!!! We were very happy with everything!
