Waitress forgot to give us the appetizer. She and all the other waitresses and the bartender kept all disappearing in the back of the restaurant, leaving no one out front attending to the customers. The food was not as ordered, but was edible. With all the TVs on and the background noise, I could not even hear my friend talk.

The waiter was attentive and very personable at all times. The atmosphere is always pleasant when we dine here.

Great quick service. Great food! Our waitress was on top of things...she was so friendly and she went above and beyond.. She even took a picture of us for our girls night out..

Service was excellent. Several people checked to see if we needed anything. onion soup was VERY peppery..not like it was on previous visits.Both of us had the bourbon sirloin. one was very fatty..other was fine. Creamed spinach was incredible!Only ate here 2 times before.Will return..but not order the soup or steak...

Bar was very noisy. Didn't help that a woman at the next table was really loud also.

although we all had coupons we were only allowed 1 which we understood before we went there. I was the lucky one

We both ordered veal dishes. BOth were tough. Mashed potatoes were not garlic.
My wife found a scallop shell in her mashed potatoes that would have gotten caught in her throat had she swallowed it.
Confirmation by the staff-but no one was concerned.

Upon walking in, we were told there would be a twenty minute wait. We sat at the bar for close to half hour witnessing a large amount of tables that remained empty. The hostess said she thought the table in the corner was almost done, and we could sit there when they finished. The family at this table had just received their soup... A couple came in about a half hour after we got there, and the wife immediately started to fuss. They were seated at an empty table before their coats were even off. At that point, I asked the hostess how much longer, and she scurried away, and came back saying she could seat us in the dining room. I would say about half of these tables were empty! Our server was great, and even though he entered the wrong menu item, he immediately fixed it. I do believe out appetizer sat in the "window" too long though, as some of the melted cheese had burnt and dried. While I was not mortified at our experience, I was not thrilled with it either.
