Rated 5 out of 5 by The food was great, as always. Authentic Scottish cuisine, the steak and ale pie is the best I've ever had. The meat is so tender and the crust very flaky. Kids had fish and chips, which are always great, too. Jul 26, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by It was "real" Fish n Chips. and the scotch eggs are really good. Everything is good. Brought home a steak and ale pie. Jul 5, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by They were out of scotch eggs but when the owner heard we wanted some he went and made a fresh batch! Yum! Mar 14, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by The food is amazing and really done up in the English, Scottish, Irish style. Don't let the outside of the building fool you. You won't be disappointed. Jan 16, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Out of items on menu and no white wine Nov 7, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Fish was dry, bangers tasted okay, but very small and more like breakfast sausages. Homemade fries were very greasy and not cooked all the way. Onion rings and spring rolls were decent. Leek soup was very good. The rotisserie chicken was also dry. Mashed potatoes were more like baked potatoes in flavor. The lemon marscipone was very tasty. Even the soda tasted strange. They were out of sprite. Told manager about the fish, she did offer to make something else, but we were already there a very long time. Did not offer any monetary reductions for the fish. Wish I could say better things, but definitely want to share so others know. Oct 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by The fish and chips was delicious. The portion of food served was quite large. It was a wonderful dining experience. Sep 27, 2014
