Little noise, but the service was good.
Food was little spicy.
It was served hot.
Very few good Indian restaurants, I would say this has class and service.

The food was good. However it took a long time to get the food and the service was rather spotty. sometimes good. sometimes non-existant.

Good, but pricey for the quantity of food. We purchased the non-vegetarian balanced meals ($18 each) and my husband was still hungry. I was also surprised that most dishes have peanuts in them, but they were nice and brought a little dessert that my daughter could eat. I'm also glad I brought my little ones some different food.

I first visited The Menu at a Chamber of Commerce event, and really wanted to patronize local business. The place was dead quite on Sunday night. There were at least 5 waiters standing around, and yet whenever I needed something it would take 3 different people passing messages on to another get the job done. Food took ages to arrive even though we were the only 2 customers, and was somewhat lukewarm when finally arrived, which made me think it was reheated, but not thoroughly. The quality of food was okay, but over priced for Indian food.

Horrible service. We had to call waiters many time to take our order. Totally messed up our order. Food was tasteless. Total waste of money. They added 18% gratuity for this poor service.We are never going to go back.

The service was very slow and it was not busy at 5:45PM ...waited more than 25 minutes after ordered the food.

Service was a bit spotty, two out of three orders were incorrect (one totally wrong item and then one wrong version of ordered item) and resulted in other food getting cold while waiting for correct entrees. Staff did work quickly to correct mistakes and the food was very good after that.

exquisite Indian Buffet. Beautiful presentation. everything very fresh.....best Indian buffet I've seen in awhile.

While there was a huge hype generated by "'The Menu", my experience I would say is below expectation, for the price we paid and also the Ad claims. Food probably was healthier, but taste could have been much better

Food was very good. Because we were using the coupon we bought from restautant.com, we were charged 18% gratuity.. overall it turned out very costly for us because of that.

Great organic food. Best salad bar with fresh veggies and fruit that I've ever seen at an India restaurant. Nice layout of desserts. And awesome delivery of naan and hot dosas to the table along with made-to-oder pani-puri's made by the restaurant staff.
