The food is great. We hadn't been in years, but the quality hasn't changed and we'll be back more often.

This was our second time here. The first time we had excellent service, which is one of the reasons we returned. This time our service was awful. We waited over 15 minutes for drinks, and throughout she did not come back to fill glasses. It took over 45 minutes to get our food. We asked and the server admitted it was her fault, but did not offer any apology or anything.

Even though you were very busy we were seated in the bar - first time we have eaten there - almost immediately. Had a delightful waitress who aimed to please.

I will definitely go again....I love this restaurant...great food, good times, nice staff. This time, my waiter..was not very good or pleasant. We had to call out to her since she pretty much ignored our table. We were a nice sized party so we should of had her attention. It was all you can eat fried chicken sunday, and my sister sat with an empty plate for about 15 min. we had to ask for more rolls. Never got one refill..ect...ect...just not good service this time.

Took my step-son and his family. They had never been to Crusoes. Total of 4 adults and 4 children. Kids all ate different items off the childrens menu . They all loved their food and ate all of what they got. Adults all ate chicken based on my recommendation. Step son and wife both agreed that the chicken was better than Hodaks, which is near to there house. Waitress was very friendly

We loved the atmosphere, our waiter was great, the fried mushrooms were awesome; loved the sauce for them! I had the pork steak, baked potato & dinner salad and it was delicious. My husband had the fish with lemon sauce and it was bland and tasteless. The sauce was terrible, but he enjoyed his Caesar salad & onion rings and ate most of my pork steak. We will definitely be back again but we'd never recommend the fish to anyone.

First off we were able to use the gift certificate even though it was an evening where the restaurant was donating a portion of their proceeds to EFA. The service was fantastic. The food delicious as always.
