The food was, as always, SO delicious! Can't get enough of their breadsticks! The service was good, too. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

The best of our fodd was the garlic bread -- I'll order more of that next time. Fresh and quickly prepared baked lasagna and eggplant entree, however the eggplant was sort of bland.

The service overall was quite bad. I spent over $60. I used my certificate for $25. First bill, it was short of few dollars. So I bought few more things to complete the minimum requirement. My kids liked the garlic bread there so I asked if i could order more. The response was yes, but that would cost you $2.50!! I just spent $50 on the food, do you really think I would not pay $2.50??

Pasta was overcooked, salad was wet with water, too much sauce on 1/2 and 1/2 entree. Breadsticks were good.

The food came extremely hot indicating that it had probably been microwaved, and lacked taste as though no spices had been used. Also the ambient music was not pleasant.
