Tried to call in order to save time but no one ever answered the phone when I called. When I arrived to place order they was out of Turkey & Ribs was diappointed

Becky is always a wonderful server. Very good employee. Would love the fries to be gluten free. Love everything, fun to eat at The Stack.

Even though it was Saturday evening and just one waitress, everything ran smooth. No hassle using the certificate. We ordered onion rings and Dinner for Two. Had to take half the meal home. Love the onion rings.

Waitress wasn't to friendly but other then that ok. Your onion rings are horrible. who in the world wants to bite into the whole onion it needs some work

Service was not that great on this night and the cooks didn't know what order they were placing up and the waitress =had lost the ticket and didn't knwo the order either.

Food was great and after ordering, it was served quick. Restaurant was a bit chilly though.

Loved the Cajun Wings! And the Burnt Ends were Moist & Delicious! I would have rated 5, but I didn't like the barbecue, just my preference is Vinegar based Bbq sauce.

The food was good, but the smallest portions I've ever gotten from a BBQ place. I went with the intention of having lots to take home with me - one of the best benefits of using the restaurant.com gift certificates - and we ended up only taking the leftover appetizers with us.

Some of the ribs were great, others were over-cooked. The over-cooked ones were tougher than shoe leather - not edible. The slaw was really good, though, and the beans were great, too.

We were waited on as soon as we sat down and order drinks and had them within a few minutes.

The food was over cooked. Onion rings were almost burned. Ribs were extremely tough. We did let the waitress know and she switched our slab for a different slab. The 2nd batch was somewhat more tender but, the taste just isn't what we would call, good enough to return for, and we could not bring ourselves to eat it. I hate to say this but the best item we had was the garlic toast. From now on, we won't "experiment" with another restaurant even if we do have a coupon. We are definitely Famous Dave's fans. Maybe you should consider having them as a business on Restaurant.com? I feel that even though we got the certificate at a discount price it was still a huge waste of money because we just couldn't stomach the food. What a waste.

The menu on line didn't have the correct prices. It also indicated "dill pickles" came with every meal - I guess they meant the 4 slices buried under the fries?
