I did not like the idea of having to ask for bread and butter. It should be like many restaurants that they bring it automatically. When I ask the waitress if they offer any bread she told yes BUT by request only.

One of the four meals (St Louis Ribs) we ordered came to the table cold! The waitress quickly resolved the situation, but that's not what we expected from a meal that cost $80+

Food was ok-large portion, nothing special, service was just ok, many other more pleasant places to eat on the River Walk.

mixed experience. order of mahi-mahi was overcooked. we pointed out to Manager when he came to the table and it was replaced (different entree) without question. later learned that several were returned. Rest of the food - ribs, appetizer were great. Excellent service

other than the waiter coming over offering his help and apologizing, not much else.
slow service. food cold and brought out at the wrong time (dinner before appetizer which had to be sent back because it was cold) I would not go back.

Well, the bartender was our waiter due to they were undermanned and that was kinda bad due to we had to wait awhile to get our order taken due to he was at the bar taking drink orders.

The food was good but the service was lame. The waiter hardly ever came by to check on us or refill our drinks -- and it was not busy in the restaurant. Just poor service.

Food was good but there was a bunch of nats at our table..we metioned it but nothing was done..couldn't enjoy our meal while swating at nats while trying to eat....one actually got stuck in my ranch dressing

Other than quick seating, the overall experience was less than enjoyable. The burgers (that come with everything) do not come with mayonnaise or mustard we had to ask for these condiments. The french fries were cold and the steaks were way overpriced for the amount we received. Outside of refilling drinks twice, the server was absent until plates needed to be removed. We then waited fifteen minutes before the server returned to ask if we were ready for the check. Then it took another ten minutes just to get the check.

Waited over 20 minutes for table, when there were tables open everywhere. It was spring break so they should have been well staffed. when I asked to sit at one of the bar tables, I was told that i had to wait. someone else walked right up to the table and sat down without anyone telling them they couldn't. seemed a little rundown.

The food tasted very mediocre, it said best ribs in the world on the wall in the restaurant and was in fact far from it. The "fresh vegetable" which was broccoli tasted like the one in the frezer isle that is in the steamable bag and the wild rice tasted like out of a package at the store (seriously Uncle Ben's was what 1st came to mind). Strictly a restaurant for the traveling tourist that visit. Not worth the travel or trouble for locals because there are lot better restaurants in this town. They had tons of free tables and were making people wait because the servers and service staff were so slow. Worse part is they were also very unprofessional, especially my waiter which was telling inapproprite stories and wouldn't let me and my friends have a plesant meal.

We waited 30 min for drinks. I ordered an starter that never came and our meals. The kids received their appetizer and food 15 min before my food came. I had to sit and watch them finish their food while sipping the same glass of water. My meal came and I had to notify the waitress that I never received the starter. The waitress never checked on us. We had to ask for everything ie refills, food, to go boxes. Nothing was ever offered. She tried to take my plate that still had food on it without even asking me of i was done, which i wasn't. The only thing she brought on her own was the check which was incorrect. She didn't even discount my gift certificate. I had to ask for the manager who did take care of my check situation. The food was hood, but the service was terrible.
