Server was just grumpy and not nice. Didn't introduce himself, wasn't pleasant, begrudgingly got us our food and drinks. Had a certificate he barely comprehended what we were telling him and didn't make us feel welcomed.

Nice ambiance, but noise level can get quite loud from the bar area and communal table. It was quite lively for a Sunday night, which can be fun. Appreciate the validated 5 hour free parking with entree purchase. Food was decent, but nothing special. Would recommend for post-theater show dining.

Slow to have a waiter show up after we were seated. It was at least 15-20 minutes. The portions were super small and we're not big eaters. Not friendly waiter. Skip it, there are so many better options. Leave the hotel and find one!

We had a great experience and were thanked for choosing the restaurant. Our waiter was super, the food was delicious. We were amazed at how quickly each course was served--with no compromise to quality or presentation. Highly recommend!

The meal and service were adequate. The restaurant felt overpriced for the quality of the food. I also would consider entrees $22-30/plate $$$ not $$.

Food is fresh, waiters are professional and always answer our questions on food. The setting of the restaurant makees customers very comfortable.

The service was good but it was not worth our time or the money even with discount. Except for the appetizer, both our entrees were so bad we both wanted to send it back. The braised pork shoulder was so dry and tough and the steamed muscles were so salty I had to grained them from the broth. I asked one of the server and I was told that it's suppose to be salty because of the bacon added. I eat very salty but it's too salty even for me to enjoy it. I woke-up bloated hands and fingers next morning.

Server was a wonderful, accommodating person, very professional, not overbearing, but observing, sensing the needs of us guests.

Was never asked for refill of coffee until we were ready to leave. Plates were not cleared away until we were getting ready to leave. Restaurant was nearly empty (12 noon on a Friday) so there was no excuse for this. For being a restaurant at the Hilton in Union Square was really surprised at the lack of professionalism on this part. Also, restaurant was nearly empty but we were seated right across from a woman who was working on her laptop and talking on her cell phone. Very annoying. I'm sure we bothered her as much as she bothered us. Why we were seated right by this woman I'll never know as there were plenty of other tables in the restaurant we could have been seated at.

Perhaps it was what we ordered, or the time of the day that we went. We ordered brussell sprouts and broccoli. We asked the server to deduct from the brussell sprouts since they were not good at all. They were oily and it appeared then were not freshly cooked. The rice and mashed potatoes were better. The pork and beef were mediocre.

The food was excellent. We will definitely be coming back. My husband had the Club sandwich, he said it was possibly the best club he had ever eaten. I had the fish and chips, which was excellent too. Great atmosphere. Good, efficient service

The atmosphere was that of a cafeteria for adults. Perhaps that is trendy however it was not to my liking nor that of my friend. The food is way over priced ($23.00 for a plate of Tuna & Noodles)and the quality is mediocre at best.
