Rated 4 out of 5 by This CASH ONLY restaurant is fabulous. Food is great, atmosphere is a bit cramped, but very genuine Italian, including all the staff. That lead to a problem on both occasions we ate here - the waiter did not understand my appetizer order - I wanted two each of two different appetizers. That was the only problem. Plus - they were great with my son who has food allergies. Jul 19, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by The atmosphere was great. A combination of an authentic Italian cafe, with warm European ambiance, and a local European watering hole -- with 2 large screens broadcasting the World Cup. A delightful combination even if you were not interested in watching the game. Felt like I was back in Roma. Jul 12, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by OK ..nothing special. I think once they're told about the certificate they lose interest in giving the best service and maybe the food too. To date, the best restaurant was Tommy Lasagna for food and service. You felt that they appreciated you being there. Jul 2, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great food in a small, intimate atmosphere. Two complaints - we were crammed into our table and the wait staff was constantly having to squeeze past my seat to reach other patrons. Second, it was very loud - too loud for a reasonable conversation. That was the stereo at first, which they turned down, but then the other guests. Jun 30, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by The place was noisy but the food was great and the service was too. Jun 29, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by The restaurant was cozy, inviting, and quaint. They were very welcoming and friendly in the beginning. Once you were seated, and ordered, then the service was fair. We had to flagged down the waiter/waitress several times for bread, water, and drinks refill. They hardly showed up to inquire about how we were doing for the duration of our meal. Jun 11, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome experience! There were more patrons speaking Italian than English. Fantastic wait staff - food could not have been better. I will come here every time I get to New York. A bit loud and jovial, tables close together, social, pub-like atmosphere, great cocktails! Jun 6, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Cute atmosphere and one of the only Italian restaurants where the guests around me were actually Italian! The food was pretty average, but I liked the vibe, so I'd go back. The bar was bustling. Jun 2, 2014
