Village Pub and Grill
It took over an hour and half to receive our full order of food. It was not the servers fault, however, we ordered the food at 8:05 and did not receive the full order until after 9:40. The server was very apologetic but this is the second time this has happened and I will probably not coordinate any more large group get togethers at the Pub. I was taking everyone out on my committee as a thank you for volunteering and I know several left before the food even arrived.

With march madness in effect felt like a sports bar atmosphere was told just to sit where ever. Wasn't told about any specials' menus had a lot of black marker crossed out items. Ordered the fish fry and patty melt. Hands down the worst patty melt we've ever had. Ordered patty melt Med rare it was served blackened and well done, two onion pieces on the entire sandwich that was on terrible bread with the smallest piece if cheese ever the concept of a patty melt is to be melted between two pieces of cheese this was not it was over done and dryer than dry. Fish was okay breading was good. Fries were large steak cut fries raw in the middle, after eating a hand full it felt like we ate 2 large potatoes.

Usually the food is great, however, their homeade chips were wet and the toast on my patty melt was burnt. The server was great and addressed the issue, however, we were in a rush. Mozzarella sticks were excellent.

Food cooked slightly too much. Mushrooms were dry and chewy.

I have been at this restaurant several times but last night if that was my first time there I would not return because we did not find the food to be good.

We go every Wednesday night for Team Trivia. It's always a great time, and our waitress is the best!! :)

It is a great little neighborhood restaurant that is very accommodating for family with kids and we love that.

Typical bar food. the nachos were good and my husband liked the cajun bleu burger. I would not recommend the steak sandwich-two very thin pieces of overcooked beef
