My wife had to send her prime rib back because it was not cooked they way she asked. Also we our friend ordered steak & scallops and they brought the scallops !) minutes after they brought the steak

Everyone (from the moment they held the door for my wheelchair), was very kind and welcoming. We found the atmosphere to be very comfortable and accessible. The food was excellent. We enjoyed our meal so very much. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

The lobster lasagna appetizer was outstanding. My wife's prime rib was average and was warm at best. I had asked for my filet to be butterflied but it wasn't. I also asked for my filet to be medium well done and it was definitely on the well side. (My wife told me it was done the way I asked.) The chocolate cake dessert was very dry and the top of my wife's creme broulet (sp.?) was burnt. Our server (Amanda) was outstanding. She was very cordial and checked on us frequently without being overbearing. Atmosphere was nice and the cocktails were nicely done. Unfortunately, we were disappointed and probably won't be returning to Ward's House of Prime.

The service was great, comfortable, relaxing,attentive. We didn't expect to see a small scuffle but we didn't let that affect or judgment. The staff handled it the best they could. It never happened before. It was a first for everyone!

Perfectly cooked calamari!! Prime rib and sea bass was delicious! Melted in your mouth. Staff and wait service was outstanding and very welcoming.

Would have been excellent, but re-ordered a second drink and it was made differently than the first, and server took our plates without offering to wrap the leftovers. She just stacked the plates before anything could be said leaving a sizeable piece of prime rib to go into the trash.

The owner was extremely rude and other than the exceptional customer service exhibited by the waitress the service was horrible.
