Wellington's has become one of the most prestigious restaurants in West Virginia. Located at Scarlet Oaks Country Club, Wellington's offers the finest Continental French Cuisine accompanied with fresh flowers, silver settings, and tapered candles. Our wait staff are dressed in tuxedoes, expertly trained, and have a minimum of three years Wellington service. Our specialties include rack of lamb, SEafood Tower, Fresh Veal, Duckling, Mixed Grill, and Fresh Seafood. Wellington's is named for Arthur Wellesley, the first Duke of Wellington, who handed Napoleon his final defeat at Waterloo in 1815. Their battle for supremacy is resumed on our menu, which offers the finest in English and French haute cuisine. Wellington's facilities are perfect for weddings, reunions, business meetings, and golf outings, and our private banquet facilities can accommodate up to 400 guests. We also provide off-site catering, and our planning specialists will work with you to ensure the success of your event. Open for lunch Tuesday through Friday 11:00am to 2:00pm, and for dinner Monday through Saturday from 5:00pm (closed Sunday), Wellington's looks forward to making your dining experience an elegant and enlightening one.
