Rated 5 out of 5 by from It was an amazing experience! I hate that this restaurant has received so many bad reviews because in reality its a great place to go for a nice low key fun night either if you're getting food and/or just a couple of drinks with your lover and/or friend. It has a warm, spacious, and mildly romantic atmosphere. It’s also not too loud in there so makes an excellent place to go for a first date and/or to just converse with your lover/friend without having to shout over loud music. The service was excellent! Our waiter was Thomas and he was very attentive and sweet. The food was yummy! We had the little necks and goat cheese for appetizers followed by a house salad with steak tips and Portuguese style steak. After dinner we moved on to the bar side where Kayla was our bartender and she was the best bartender I have ever had. I am a very picked person when it comes to my drinks. Seriously, who wants a cocktail that is predominately watered down by juice? Not I! She made me an amazing cocktail (actually a few amazing cocktails). We even got to meet the owner Mike who was the sweetest guy. He went around and talked to everyone who was there and that is great customer service. Yes, I am aware that there are restaurants who the owner will go around and ask you if the service is good but only a few will actually engage in conversation with you and even buy you a round of drinks. I honestly don't understand why this restaurant has received bad reviews. Our food came out on time and was warm and the staff members made sure we had a good time and that we were satisfied. Adagio Piano Lounge is definitely not a place where you can walk out saying, 'that was the worse experience in my life' because they will do everything they can to make sure that you have a great experience. I eat out a lot and I am huge on great customer service so believe me when I tell you that this isn’t a bad restaurant. I recommend that you dismiss the reviews written and check it out yourself, maybe you’ll hate it but I am current that you’ll love it! =)
