We are Chef Jaysun Segal, Chef Brian Ogawa and Chef Ian Anderson. Chef Jaysun Segal has over 22 years of industry experience and has worked as Executive Chef for service industry moguls SBE Hotel Group, Starwood Hotels, W Hotel Los Angeles and Viceroy Miami. Jaysun was trained by Chef Roy Yamaguchi at Roy's Kahana in Hawaii. Chef Brian Ogawa has been a standout sushi chef at some of the best sushi restaurants in Southern California. He has over ten years of training under 4 different Master Sushi Chefs while working at some of Hollywood's most sought out sushi destinations like Katana, Katsuya by Stark and Izakaya by Katsuya. Chef IanAnderson worked and completed culinary school in Las Vegas. While living there he worked at Caesar's Palace as well as Rosemary's Restaurant where he trained under Chef Michael Jordan. Ian also has been a chef and private chef for all Kosher operations including restaurants, personal chef and catering Passover Programs.
