Sooo,need to change night shift manager. I ordered a mobile order to pick up in store. I went to go in to get it and the girl at the counter said it isn't on their board. She said I had to click I'm here. I never have to when I go in plus there is no option on my screen to do it. She gets the manager who I was showing her the phone and explaining how there is no button for that and that I already explained it to the girl. She tells me to take it down a notch when I wasn't even raising my voice or anything. I b told her I will talk how I am and she says she isn't giving me the order or making it. I said fine I will just call the management.The 1800 number so she yells as I am walking out how she is management and whatever else she kept yelling as I walked out. This McDonald's always has issues and a fast turnaround with employees. How she was talking down to the employees before she walked to the front I am surprised no one laid her flat out.
