We had a horrible experience this Garland Rd location in Dallas. The food is always great here as well as the service, from the baristas to the hostess, but the service of our waitress this time was unacceptable. My sister and I dined with my young daughter to begin a special day with her for personal reasons. We did not make a scene to keep this special for her. Our waitress took over 20 minutes to take our order after having taken our drinks. When she came to us she asked us if we were ready, I stated "we have been", she then snapped back at me "I'm was very busy", from there, service went downhill, no eye contact, no smile, no offer for more coffee, no spoon for my coffee, etc. She only asked if we needed a to-go-box and if were ready to pay. I gave her no tip. I never received my invoice. I tried to keep it calm for my daughter's sake but this experience left us wondering why we were treated so poorly. We noticed she treated the next table well, so why the bad treatment towards us? I was a waiter through my college years so I know this service was totally unacceptable. I doubt we will return again. Sad
