If I could give Betelgeuse Betelgeuse on Washington Ave, Houston a ZERO, I would! The bartender, upon entering the establishment, William, made it crystal clear that he was a "bartender" only and would not be doing anymore than serving drinks at the bar. I didn't ask for anything but a drink and food. He just felt compelled to tell me that as I approached the bar to order a drink and food. I was there for a Bachelorette party. He wanted to make sure I was aware that he would not be coming by table, replenishing drinks or anything outside his "job duties" After his rude demeanor and me ordering my food from the bar as he suggested, I commented, I hope you don't spit in it. He commented, "Lucky for you, I will not making your food!" The whole experience was very disappointing and I hope no one else has to go through this degradation and humiliation in the future!
