Established in 2023, Chubby Curry is a Japanese curry restaurant in Beverly Hills that specializes in homemade-style Japanese curry inspired by century-old recipes of Chef Shin Thomson's family. Chef Shin and partner Chef Liga Sigal spent two years honing Japanese curries with Bokuchan’s Japanese Curry House ghost kitchen in Chicago during the pandemic. Their signature curry blend features 25 different spices and comes in a variety of options, including premium wagyu beef, Japanese Wagyu Burger, beef tongue curry, and other specialties. The restaurant also offers top-quality fried katsus and udon dishes in a unique dining setting with a dimly lit ambiance.
