All meals were as expected , good quality and quantity. The dining area was crowded but the noise level was acceptable. Service was prompt and friendly. Occasion was my oldest daughter's birthday and they added a candle on her dessert. Enjoyable time.

I assumed they would be wrapped because it was done for everyone else at the table. This was the second time in four months that this happened and it was with different servers. In forty years in NJ this is the only restaurant where this has happened to me. This was upsetting to me.

The service was terrible. It took 1 hour 15 minutes to get our meal. There must have been a problem in the kitchen. We asked a few people if our meal was ready. We were told a few minutes and it was still another 15 minutes.

The waiter didn't clear the table from the appetizers, soup and salads before bringing out the main dishes. One dish was supposed to have sausage and there wasn't any sausage and had to be sent back. The scallops and shrimps in the Fisherman's platter were terrible.

From the moment we walked in and we’re gretted, to the time we left everyone was so friendly and attentive. Our server Aleni was over the top beginning with her smile and enthusiasm to take care of us. My vegan granddaughter was served bacon on her vegaburger after she explained when ordering why she did want the bacon. Our waiter did not care or understand her concerns about the meat on the plate. She requested a complete new everything because the bacon had touched everything else on the plate. She got the same bun,fries,lettuce,& tomato, not sure about the vegeburger Again i think the waiter was very insensitive to her diet.

This is not the restaurant to go to if you are gluten free. They didn’t seem to know what this was. I was served a salad with croutons and was told that salmon was gluten free. Only when I asked about steak I found I was able to get that. The food was tasty ,however.

The live entertainment in the bar area was well-received it the dining room, which was more crowded than we remember, perhaps because of the music. But we thought it was too noisy for conversation and we would avoid coming again on an evening when there is live music.

Was excited to try this restaurant. But the waitress, named Tara, really disappointed us. I always bring my own filtered water wherever I go, but she said she I could not drink my own filtered water because they have a bar, after I thoroughly explained it was my own filtered water for medical reasons prescribed by my doctor. Restaurant was very busy for a Sunday night. They ran out of Stuffing that was one of the side dishes listed on one of the specials, which 2 of our party ordered. All in all, we were a party of 11 and they did ok.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. However, the food was not that great. 2 of us had the Italian chicken cheese steak and it was on the dry side. There was an order for the chicken quesadia and it was very dry, the other ordered pizza and you can't spoil that. I can make better food at home. Probably not go back there.

The salad and soup were good but our entrees were awful. I got the parmesan crusted chicken which was tasteless and overcooked. I also got beans instead of asparagus. They, too, were overcooked and tasteless. My friend got flounder stuffed with crabmeat. The "crabmeat" was ALL bread and had an awful taste. She requested spinach with very little garlic but it was swimming in garlic!

Overall, delicious food and excellent service. The live music was nice, but a bit loud. We went later on a Saturday evening, and the restaurant part was mostly empty (mainly people at the bar). The waitress was both attentive and helpful. We would definitely dine there again.

Seem to take a longer then usual time for them to bring bread/water to the table.My soup came out before the others salad/soups.The entree was there before we finished with the soup etc.Three of the four dinners were good.Mine was not.I ordered an Herb encrusted Rack of Lamb.It came with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.All were under seasoned!And not hot!The server did not come back to ask until I was almost finished eating.

Great waiter. Very good food and drinks. It's a pleasant place to dine. Our only complaint: the bar was very active and looked fun but for those of us dining it would be nice to have the dining area a little better removed somehow - curtains, maybe- and quieter- the bar music was blaring. A number of diners were looking for more of a restaurant feel rather than emphasis on the bar.

We ordered two seafood dishes - each was poor in quality. The scallops were mushy and the crabmeat stuffed flounder was dry and overcooked with the ends literally blackened by an unwatchful chef... Will never order seafood there again!

First time we dined at this restaurant and we had a very nice time. Great atmosphere and very courteous staff. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. I had the Fisherman's platter and the only complaint was the Salmon was a bit dry, but the Scallops and Shrimp were delicious, seasoned wonderfully. Will definately be returning!

Our waiter was running around a little frenetic & in doing so we were not even greeted by him for exactly 13 minutes. My wife was ready to leave but instead asked a bus boy to tell someone that we would like to see a waiter. Once our waiter came over he was cordial but was obviously only able to accomplish one thing at a time. Tunnel vision as a waiter is not a good thing. Having been a restaurant manager I taught my staff that part of their job is to keep their eyes open for all their tables even if they have been served to insure that their needs are being met.

1.the amount charged to both couples was the amount stated abpve divided by 2.2. the food was good the waiter not too aware of what the restaurant had to offer. one in our party received chicken in a dish that was supposed to be vegetarian and the waiter just shrugged and made no attempt to remedy the situation, or to show any concern.3. we have been in this restaurant many times and have usually had excellent server service,

My husband had London Broil which he thought was very good.My potato encrusted Tilapia was more potato crust than Tilapia. Vegetable was also potato. My fault for ordering same. Bread wasn't good. I took my 23 year old granddaughter out for dinner. She had not been here before and was impressed with the service and the food. I come to City Streets many times during the year and always enjoy it. I always make a reservation and ask for particular seating as the bar area can get quite noisy. This is a local place for me.

The food used to be really great. Now it's just "okay". The philadelphia sushi roll had too much cream cheese and the nori was so tough, you could barely chew it. The sea food special was mediocre. It came out luke warm and was not all that good. The Snicker's cake tasted old and freezer burnt. The service was slow. We had to chase down our waitress twice! We asked for more water and she never brought it. City Streets is slipping!
