Fry Dayz is a family owned business. Owned by Mother and Son Hattie Biggs and Doe Henderson. After the unexpected death of her daughter Dashaynee Williams in June 2018 Hattie retired from the Wynn Hotel. After a year of being retired she felt the need to reoccupy herself. So she reached out to her son about finding a restaurant to open and dedicating it to their daughter/sister.
