We changed the traditional pork bone soup base to chicken bone base for the American taste buds. From freshly prepared ingredients to the soup base and then to the final flavored broth, every bowl of broth we make takes 8 hours, with love for each of our customer. The rich flavor of broth, great texture of noodle, topped with tender char siu pork and perfectly seasoned boiled egg, we bring you a fantastic ramen experience.
