Mumbo Gumbo PDX is not your ordinary Mumbo Mumbo Gumbo PDX is not your ordinary Cajun/Creole restaurant. We offer dishes composed of high quality ingredients in large portions at a more than reasonable price. What really sets us apart is that we allow you to customize your Gumbo or Red Beans to fit your diet and lifestyle. Do you eat everything? We got that. Are you Vegan? We got you and everything else in between. Sellwood is our original location opened in February or 2019 and our Moda Center location at Cartside PDX Food Pod just opened in November of 2020. We hope to offer more locations soon.
