Chef JJ and her team have spent years practicing and selecting high-quality ingredients and techniques before opening up Rockin' Ramen on West Adams. At Rockin' Ramen, we believe that "The Broth is The Boss," which is why we spend at least 18 hours making our broth for the perfect ramen experience. Our menu includes a range of options, including appetizers, ramen, rice bowls, curry, and Poke bowls. We are thrilled to share our delicious creations with our customers!
