Terrible Experience - Rude Employees and Unprofessional Service I rarely write reviews, but my experience here was so awful that I feel compelled to share. My party arrived early for our reservation, and we patiently waited while noticing that there were plenty of empty tables for hours. It quickly became clear that no one was managing the front of the house properly. Our reservation time came and went, and still, we weren’t seated. It was incredibly frustrating to see multiple tables sitting empty while we were left waiting. After some time, they offered us a free beer while we waited, which seemed like a nice gesture—except that, after waiting for over an hour and a half with no sign of being seated, we decided to leave and go somewhere else. To top it off, they charged us for the beer that was supposedly free. The worst part was the attitude of the staff. They were incredibly rude and dismissive, and it felt like they couldn’t care less about our experience. I can’t speak to the quality of the food because we never got the chance to try it, but with service this bad, who would want to? There are plenty of great restaurants with decent service in the area. I highly suggest you try somewhere else.
