At Sourdough Delight, we make all of our breads and pastries using only 100% wild yeast fermentation (sourdough starter) and nothing else! No added commercial yeast or "sour" flavoring chemicals to short cut the process. It's all natural and handmade (mixing included) using freshly milled organic grains to ensure maximum nutrition and real pink Himalayan to remineralize the body. This makes our breads and pastries super food; as it's easier to digest, packed with nutrition and flavor, with a moist texture that makes for a joyous Delight! Welcome to the Sourdough Delight!
