We have no boundaries, we have not put ourselves in the proverbial box, we are free to create We are tHe FuNky tAco. We create food within a “farm to funky fare” framework. Our emphasis is on Asian, Indian, Mexican, and Americana ethnicities / styles of food. We have options for everyone, the carnivore, the omnivore, the vegetarian, the vegan. We love and think about you all. We established in April of 2013 at the Boise Farmers Market where we debuted our converted 1961 Airstream into a class IV mobile kitchen. We have taken our passion for community, unique and funky fare, art, and live music to the heart of Downtown Boise on 8th street, Boise’s “restaurant row”. Our goal is simple, to leave you wanting more. #growmorefunky
