The Grateful Paratha

I am passionate about making paratha's. I start by using a combination of freshly home milled flour and store bought one to arrive at a perfect base for mixing the fresh flavors. The flavors and stuffing - onion, cilantro, potato, paneer, spinach, methi, mulee and more are mixed with generous amounts of spices to create a uniquely distinctive paratha which is sure to remind you of a loved one who cooked for you at some point in your life. I make these succulent paratha's all the way from kneading, mixing, stuffing, rolling and then packaging. I won't cook them for you though :-). I ask that you engage with the paratha on this final step (minimally demanding step) to enjoy it in an ephemeral state of fresh from the griddle! Enjoy :-)
