Rated 2 out of 5 by Cassy B from The lunch menu was not advertised so we were disappointed we had just a few selections to choose from. That being said, almost everything we wanted to order we were told they were out of or they couldn't make it. There was only one other table occupied, along with our table- yet it took us about 2 hours to finally fully get our food. The server did apologize and mentioned there was a new cook, but I think we heard her tell the other table and us about 15X that it's been a crazy week there. Then another lady came out, I believe she said she was part owner or something but I could be mistaken because she really didn't make a lot of sense when she was talking to us; also apologized and again told us crazy things were happening there. We just kind of smiled politely and said "ok". We had never experienced any kind of restaurant experience like that before so we were kind of in disbelief of the chaos and disorganization that was taking place. This was our first visit and we definitely would not return based on that experience. Most of the food we ordered was actually pretty good and we were pleasantly surprised based off of everything that was happening while we were there. We ordered a pizza to go (there were 5 choices of pizza and every one we tried to order except one- they told us they couldn't make because they were out of the ingredients) and was told it would be awhile as the cook was new. Then our server came out and told us that the pizza literally was stuck in the oven and someone else was coming in to make it for us. So we waited about another 15-20 minutes. The pizza was the oddest shape I have ever seen and really didn't have much of a flavor at all. None of our kids liked the pizza at all. Our server was very attentive to our drinks and did apologize for our service, but had it been anywhere else and we were not using a restaurant.com certificate, we would have certainly asked for our money back or left. That's how unsatisfactory our experience was. Which is a shame because I would have loved to come back and show our kids the presidents and decor throughout the restaurant, but after that experience- we will not be going back. I hope they can get their stuff together because I hate to see small town places like that close. They're our favorite types of places to eat but I can see how this place may not be around much longer and that is a shame.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Lee B from Food was good and reasonably priced. The appetizer selection is not very good, and the menu is not up to date. We tried to order a few things and we were told they no longer serve those items. The server we had was new. She didn't know the menu when we asked questions, and she was serving several tables in two rooms, but the Manager/Owner walked around the restaurant and took care of us when she wasn't there. I went there on date night with my wife, and the restaurant is to bright for date night. It seems geared more for families. I will try the restaurant one more time.
