We also have some great people working with us who keep the tradition going through their commitment and dedication to the work they do. We are proud and fortunate to have found many good friends in the people who work with us and have become an important part of the Vitale's family. Vitale's Pizza in Lake Bella Vista was founded in 1991 by Salvatore, Sam Vitale of Vitale's on Leonard Avenue in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Silvana, Sam's niece, and her husband, Ralph Cagnina, purchased the location in Lake Bella Vista Rockford. With their talented staff Silvana and Ralph established a tradition of fine Italian entrees. We watched the community grow with us, here a Vitale's Pizza we are classic pizza makers. We make everything from scratch at our location, using the freshest ingredients available to us. We want you, our special customer to enjoy a classic high quality pizza.
