After working nearly 14 years for various local BBQ restaurants in the greater Seattle area, Willie began to get a clear vision of using his knowledge of the restaurant industry to establish his own position in the community. It was on October 1, 1994 that he opened Willie's Taste of Soul BBQ & Custom Smoke House. Over the past 13 years we have served thousands of repeat customers from our starting location in the Beacon Hill area of Seattle. We at WTS strive to provide excellent product and customer service, all with a Southern touch. Being originally from Louisiana, it has always been Willie's goal to provide his customers with a dining experience that is like no other in this area. We have been recognized in several local newspapers over the years and have become known for providing consistent, high-quality meals at a reasonable price. Our succulent ribs, beef, chicken, and homemade hotlinks are all slow smoked right in our own backyard.
